BEFORE BOOK

Is cheaper if I book direct?

Yes, the advertising portals add a commission of 15% until 20% to the final price or a service fee from 300€ until 900€, which is why it is much cheaper if you contact us directly through our official website. You can contact us via email or directly using the form on the website.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, as we mentioned in the holiday contract, a security deposit is required and paid by bank transfer 10 days before your arrival, this amount will be returned by bank transfer 72 hours after the client's departure, once it has been verified that no damage has been caused or extra cleaning has been required to the property.

Will pets allowed in the Villa?

Yes, we allow pets

Can I book for less than a week?

Yes, it is possible to book less than 1 week, there are seasons where the minimum is 1,2,3 or 4 nights.

Each villa page shows the updated availability calendar and prices for each Villa.

BOOKING PROCESS

How can I book a Villa?

To secure the Villa, we will send you a rental contract, which specifies all the rules of the rural house and the % of the first payment along with the account number.

AFTER BOOKED

Can we contact you with any questions about the villa?

Of course, you can send us all your inquiries by email or call.

We will be informed for the check-in process?

We will keep you informed of all the steps to follow from the moment of confirmation of the reservation until the day of check-in.

HOLIDAY VILLA

What will I find in the Villa?

The Villas have all necessary utensils for the maximum capacity of the house. You can find each amenities and the quantity specified on the website. We don't provide food, personal hygiene products (shower gel, shampoo...) or barbecue products such as firewood or charcoal.

DEPARTURE

In what condition should we leave the Villa on the day of departure?

The Villa must be returned in the same condition as when you arrived. If you move the furniture inside or outside, return it to its original place. Also remember to separate the rubbish by material in the containers located outside (Municipal recycling regulations).

What time should we have the check out?

The maximum departure time from the Villa is stipulated in the holiday contract. If there are no guests arriving on the same day of your stay, please contact us to see if there is a possibility of extending the departure by 1 hour. (Subject to maintenance management)
