Villa La Belladona is a stone-built mansion in Sils ( Costa Brava, Spain ). The property is fully restored by the owners and is settled in a 6,000m2 enclosed estate. It can comfortably accommodate up to 34 people in 10 multiple air-conditioned bedrooms. The gorgeous Villa has a large private pool area, a BBQ with TV50'', Games Room... Barcelona city is 45 minutes away and Costa Brava beaches are 15 minutes away. The villa is located 3 min from village.

EXTERIOR

The main house is located within private and enclosed property of 6,600m2 with a pleasant bathing area, a huge screened-in conservatory, a 6x12m fenced pool, as well as sun loungers all around…perfect to get some tan and refresh yourself.

Access to the property through an iron remote controlled iron gate.
Private track leading to the leveled area next to the big villa..
The private enclosed grounds also offer plenty of outdoor games for the children like a ping-pong table, tree huts, hammocks, a playground area and an orchard with many fruit trees.
A large even area with a stone-built welcoming waterfall, a lawn area, close to the little private forest composed of mediteranean vegetation.

Separate exterior toilet.
Second flat lawn area in-between the bathing area and the little forest used as a sports field ( 330m2 ).
Fenced pool area of 150m2 coming with garden furniture, private XL swimming pool (6x12m),shower, roman steps, waterfall and a covered terrace 3x8m next it.
Villa La Belladona has a fiber optic internet connection with a symmetric speed of 1000 Mb (1 Gbps).
To provide a quality Wi-Fi network and with maximum speed, the entire manor house has access points to the latest Wi-Fi 6 technology that allows providing the speed of fiber to wireless devices, in order to carry out company events at maximum speed, such as Team Building, conferences, streaming teamwork, webinars ... with full guarantee.
In order to enjoy your stay without worries, the villa has a big generator guaranteeing the power supply, in case of disruptions due to bad weather or any other unforeseen circumstances.

INTERIOR

Villa la Belladona is a huge stone-built mansion of de 675 m2, divided into 2 main floors, equipped with air-conditioning and heating. On the ground floor 5 bedrooms sleeps 14 people, and there are 5 bathrooms :

1 big vaulted entrance hall with a dining room for up to 34 people with a typical Spanish decoration.
1 fully equipped kitchen.
1 sitting room with sound system.
3 separate bathrooms for bedrooms 1 and 2. The 4th bathroom has a complete walk in shower for wheelchairs.
1 games room, with babyfoot, pool table, two PS3 racing simulators ( Optional extra ) and a hifi sound system with bluetooth.

The first floor sleeps 20 people, in 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms:

1 cosy sitting room, with flat screen TV and a library.
The stairs leading to the first floor are equipped with a children safety gate.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT HOLIDAY VILLA LA BELLADONA

The mansion has 21 beds, 13 doubles and 8 singles ones, measuring 135 and 90 cm respectively.
Bedrooms have a surface between 20 et 25m2.
The villa has direct and unlimited access to internet.
The ground floor is accessible for wheelchair users.
Air conditioning in all rooms with an independent control per room.
All windows are double glassed and have insect screens absolutely essential to keep bugs out while still providing full ventilation and shade from the sun.
Outdoor lights switch on and off automatically on schedule.
The rustic stone walls are thick to keep the house cool in the summer and cosy in the winter.
The large pool measuring 6 x 12 m , the depth of the pool is 1,40 meters to 2,10 meters, is saline controlled and maintained daily. The pool is fenced off for children’ s safety and there is also 1 shower.
Nearby supermarkets and shops are situated just 1,5 to 4 km from the property.

The property exceeded our expectations. We had a group of 18 people and it was perfect and catered for everybody. On this occasion I came with a group of friends but this property would be more than suitable for family groups and the entertainment for all ages at the property were fantastic. Location wise it is quiet but accessible to local supermarkets and if you want to venture to Llorete or Girona these are only short taxi Journeys. All in all it was a great experience made easier by the help of the property management.

This villa is perfect for a big group of friends or family. It's remote location gives you great privacy and space. The villa owner Joseph is very attentive and communication is perfect - you are able to book a local coach service to head in to town (Girona/Lloret De Mar) and for airport transfers - the villa owner can help you with all of this. The pool was great for relaxing and has a pool table/ping pong too. We had a great time at the villa and would highly recommend it!

We were a party of 15 members of the family of all ages. We had a great time in the house. It is big enough to comfortably accommodate everyone without disturbing each other’s routines and still have plenty of different kinds of communal spaces to gather and enjoy each other’s company. The pool, the garden, the kitchen, the dinning areas and all other facilities were clean and pleasant to be at. It is situated close enough to towns, beaches, vineyards etc. Plenty to do. The house comes also with great service: on time, friendly and not intrusive. Highly recommended.
