Mas ca l’Estrada, a large renovated stone-built villa with typical mediterranean-style decoration, has the capacity of lodging 40 people in 13 bedrooms. It features 2 large pools and outdoor playground facilities. This large holiday Villa is located near to the village of Riudarenes. ( Costa Brava, Spain ) Barcelona is 45 minutes away and beautiful beaches are 15 minutes away. The property is located only 3 min from supermarkets, medical centre, restaurants..

*Minimum stay 1 night in low season.
This villa the weekly periods run from Friday to Friday, check our other villas for different arrival days.
Except for July and August, for the rest of the year prices are for up to 30 people. For over 30 guests price increases by 25€ per day.
Prices are quoted for the rental of the entire property and in Euros.
Holiday weddings are not held from July to August.
Wedding celebrations have an additional price of from 400 to 1000 Euros.

Villa description

EXTERIOR

This big enclosed holiday villa is made up of two attached stone-built houses, Mas Estrada, and Paller Mas Estrada, with a total living area of 700m2. Each house has its own outdoor area with screened conservatory, bath area, playground and car park area. Nevertheless, there is one large covered terrace, adjoining Mas Estrada, used as an outdoor dining area, with space for 40 people, which enables to gather the entire group.

Villa Mas Estrada, HOUSE 1

Access to the property through a remote controlled iron outdoor gate.
Large flat lawn area, between the the outdoor gate and the bathing area.
Playground for kids with tree huts, swings and slides.
Long wide covered walkway alongside the façade of the main house with tables and chairs connecting the two attached houses.
A large screened-in conservatory, with a fully equipped summer kitchen, large dining area for up 40 people with a 65" smart TV and ready to use HDMI port, 4 ethernet RJ45 ports to connect to internet directly and one babyfoot.
Fenced bath area, with garden furniture, 3 showers and a 7×13 m large pool.
Bedroom 7: Little cottage, poolhouse, close to the swimming pool with its own covered terrace, with 1 double bed + 2 single beds + 1 private bathroom.
Bocce ball court of 7x15m next to the bathing area.
Clothesline area behind the main house and close to the screen conservatory.
Small porch with recycling bins next to the outdoor gate.

Villa Paller Mas Estrada HOUSE 2

Access to the villa through a remote controlled outdoor iron gate.
Big leveled area, partly with lawn, between the bathing area and the outdoor gate with a playground for kids, a tree hut and swings.
Fenced bathing area, with garden furniture, a 6×11 large pool, and 3 showers.
Fully equipped summer kitchen within the screened-in conservatory with barbecue.
1 large covered terrace close to the summer kitchen used as a second dining area for up to 20 people.
Clothesline area next to the car park area.
Abundant mediteranean vegetation all over the enclosed grounds.
The little porch with recycling bins next to the outdoor gate.
In order to enjoy your stay without worries, the villa has a big generator guaranteeing the power supply, in case of disruptions due to bad weather or any other unforeseen circumstances.

INTERIOR

Villa Mas Estrada, HOUSE 1, is divided into 2 floors, equipped with air-conditioning and heating.

On the ground floor it sleeps 3 people, 1 bedroom and 4 bathrooms :

1 large dining room for up to 23 people.
1 fully equipped kitchen.
1 large and cosy sitting room, 40m2 with view to the screened conservatory, equipped with smart TV and hifi sound system with bluetooth .
The stairs leading to the first floor are equipped with a security gate for children.

On the first floor sleeps it 16 people, 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Villa Paller Mas Estrada HOUSE 2, is divided into 2 main floors, equipped with air-conditioning and heating.

On the ground floor it sleeps 7 people, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

1 cosy dining room for up to 20 people equipped with 40" smart TV.
1 fully equipped kitchen.
1 large sitting room next to the house with sofa, billiard, 50" smart TV and hifi sound system with bluetooth.
The stairs leading to the first floor are equipped with a security gate for children.

The villa has 26 beds, 17 doubles and 9 singles ones, measuring 135 and 90 cm respectively.
All windows are double glazed and have fly screens providing full ventilation.
Outdoor lights open and close automatically on schedule.
Stone walls are thick to keep the houses cool in the summer and cosy in the winter.
The 2 large pools measuring 7 x 13 m and 6 x 11, are saline controlled and maintained daily.
The pools are fenced for children’ s safety and have 3 showers each one.
Outdoor lights switch on and off automatically on schedule.
The rustic stone walls are thick to keep the house cool in the summer.
Nearby supermarkets and shops are located just 3 minutes from the property.
Direct and unlimited access to internet.
The property has a well that supplies potable water for all purposes after being purified all year round including the summer months.The water for domestic use and the pool is constantly monitored by our maintenance staff and Health Authorities. Furthermore and as our holiday houses accommodate large groups we have for each villa a complete system of wastewater treatment for each villa.

If you are looking for a peaceful, away from everything location for a family get together then i would thoroughly recommend. We had both villas for 19 family members of ages 11 to 84 years - plenty of space, great indoor and outdoor facilities. We lived by the big pool, loved all the games and swings etc and the main outdoor kitchen was a fantastic social space. Great supermarket 10 mins away and we had Tapas and Paella feasts supplied by Joseph's team - definitely recommend. Joseph and Cris were attentive and very helpful and take great care of their properties and their guests. We hope to return again.
