EXTERIOR

The main house is located within private and enclosed grounds of 10,000m2 with a pleasant bathing area, a huge screened-in conservatory, a 6x13m fenced pool, as well as sun loungers all around…perfection to get some tan and refresh yourself.

Direct access through a remote controlled iron gate.

A huge screened-in conservatory ( large porch ) with a fully equipped summer kitchen and summer dining area for up to 40 guests. Furthermore it comes with a games area two racing simulators PS3 ( Optional extra ), a ping-pong table, a football table , a pool table, a music system and an immense flat screen 60 inch TV.
Covered terrace in-between the conservatory and the pool area with a wide range of garden furniture.
Fenced bathing area with a large swimming pool, 7 x 13 m, pool slide, roman steps, ladder, outdoor shower and sun loungers.
The little cottage, the 10th air-conditioned bedroom and its en-suite bathroom.
Small 1500 m2 grove with shaded trees typical of the Costa Brava region.
Small porch with recycling bins next to the outdoor gate.
Large even lawn area area ideal for playing sports ( Football pitch).
Playground in the lawn area close to the pool with swings, a playhouse, a slide, climbers, a spring rider, climbing frame nest and much more.
Villa Mas Figueres has a fiber optic internet connection with a symmetric speed of 1000 Mb (1 Gbps).
To provide a quality Wi-Fi network with maximum speed, the entire Villa has access points to the latest Wi-Fi 6 technology that allows it to provide the speed of fiber to wireless devices.
In addition to the Wi-Fi 6 connection, Villa Mas Figueres has wired access points (8-port 1Gb switch) to the big screened conservatory to be able to carry out company events at maximum speed, such as Team Building, conferences, streaming teamwork, webinars, among others, with full guarantee.
In order to enjoy your stay without worries, the villa has a big generator guaranteeing the power supply, in case of disruptions due to bad weather or any other unforeseen circumstances.

INTERIOR

Villa Mas Figueres is a huge stone-built mansion of de 840 m2 and divided into 2 main floors, equipped with air-conditioning and heating. On the ground floor it sleeps 13 people, 3 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms :

1 fully decorated entrance hall.
1 living room with a 43” flat screen TV with USB and Bluray+DVD player.
1 spacious open-plan well equipped kitchen and a charming decorative fireplace. The kitchen opens out to the large dining area for up to 33 guests.

On the first floor it sleeps 17 people, 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:

The stairs leading to the first floor are equipped with a security gate for children.

The mansion has 18 beds, 15 doubles and 3 singles ones, measuring 135 and 90 cm respectively.
The country home is just 2 km from the shopping areas
The villa has direct and unlimited access to internet.
All windows are double glazed and have fly screens.
Air conditioning in all rooms with an independent control per room.
Each bedroom has been individually decorated with exquisite fabrics and locally sourced pieces of furniture and accessories.
Outdoor lights switch on and off automatically on schedule.
The rustic stone walls are thick to keep the house cool in the summer.
The large pool measuring 7 x 13 m is saline controlled and maintained daily.
The property has its own wells supplying potable water that after being purified can be used for all purposes.The water is constantly monitored by our maintenance staff and Health Authorities.

We were a group of 12 adults and 5 small children who spend a week at Mas Figueres. The house was very cleen and practical for a large group with children. Quiet between bedrooms. The garden and the suroundings were beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and the beauty of eating outside every eveni g. It is also located near the beach if you want to go there, but we found the non-touristic feeling of just enjoying that the house had everything we needed! Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic villa and accommodation. So much space the children loved it. Bedrooms were comfortable and due to stone walls they kept cool and you couldn’t hear anyone else in villa. Plenty of kitchen and cooking areas. We just loved it and 100% recommended it.

A group of 26 of us (14 adults and 12 children) stayed in Villa Mas Figueres recently. We could not have been happier with our accommodation. The Villa was even bigger and better than we had hoped. Our host, Joseph, is a polite and decent man, while maintaining a professional attitude at all times.We had one or two issues during our stay, but these were tended to almost immediately and without fuss by the maintenance crew. I could not recommend this Villa enough and I hope that we will get an opportunity in the future to stay here again.

A fantastic villa easily reached from Barcelona. I stayed here for a week for a friend’s birthday and the place was perfect. Complete privacy, fantastically well equipped kitchens, pool, and a myriad of games to keep you entertained. Would definitely recommend.
